A Day To Remember add more UK and European tour dates

A Day To Remember have announced a run of UK and European tour dates.

As well as crossing the pond to play Slam Dunk for the first time ever in May, the Ocala gang will be appearing at plenty of festivals and other headline dates – including London’s O2 Academy Brixton twice (which we already knew about), and the O2 Academy Glasgow.

Speaking to K! about their forthcoming Slam Dunk set, frontman Jeremy McKinnon enthused: “It’s awesome. We’ve heard about Slam Dunk for years, and the timing just worked out right for us to be able to do it. I’ve never even had the chance to see one before, so I’m super excited!

“We have UK fans in our comment sections all the time telling us how long it is since we’ve been over there,” the vocalist added. “It’s crazy. You don’t really think about it when you’re the ones [in the band] but it really has been a long time. Time is just passing insanely. We’ve been doing this for so long now, and with how busy this lifestyle keeps you – all the ‘hurry up and wait’, the travelling all the time – it seems that time flies because everything is new all the time. It’s just crazy.”

Elsewhere, they’ll be taking their Big Ole Album Vol. 1 across mainland Europe, with support coming from Terror, Polaris and Boston Manor at various dates.
