Banks Arcade have just announced details of a brand-new EP, arriving next month.
The band will release A Muse – which is described as a ‘deeply personal extension’ of their DEATH 2 EP – on June 28 via UNFD. They promise that it’s “much more vulnerable” than its predecessor, sharing in a statement that the EP “covers a lot of personal issues from relationships to internal struggles, and in each song I tried to speak with my own voice as much as possible as opposed to the more abstract stuff on DEATH 2.”
Banks Arcade have also just dropped new single Heartstop, which they tease is a “sassy break-up rock anthem”, adding that it’s “got a bit of ‘fuck you’ to it, but really it’s just a fun song that was made to make people dance and forget about that asshole that broke their heart.”
