Deftones' new Ohms pale ale is "hands down, one of the best thirst-quenching and flavorful beers we’ve ever brewed for you all", according to Belching Beaver.
After collaborating on a lovely-looking White Pony 20th anniversary IPA last year (among many other themed beers), Deftones have once again teamed with the Belching Beaver Brewery – this time, to celebrate their latest album, Ohms.
The band's brilliant ninth record is being commemorated in alcohol form with a new pale ale, which is available in the coming days in select cities in America and is "hands down, one of the best thirst-quenching and flavorful beers we’ve ever brewed for you all", according to Belching Beaver.
Read the brewery's announcement: "Super stoked to announce our partnership with Deftones is five years strong and our newest release coming out is Ohms Pale Ale.

"The first thing you’ll notice is the bright, citrusy aromas coming off of this generously dry-hopped pale ale. There’s plenty of lemon peel, grapefruit, and pineapple aromas with a blend of some light pine to give a more nuanced and complex tableau that isn’t found in a lot of pale ales. The finish is nice, light, and very refreshing. Hands down, one of the best thirst-quenching and flavorful beers we’ve ever brewed for you all. Don’t resist your curiosity and pick up this amazing Deftones collaboration! 5.5% ABV."
And see how Deftones unveiled the news: “Announcing our latest Deftones x Belching Beaver collaboration, and the newest member of our collection: Ohms Pale Ale. This new recipe blends citrus notes with lemon peel and light pine, providing a more nuanced and complex flavor than your standard pale ale. 16oz. 4-packs will be available on February 1 for a limited time in select U.S. cities. More details, including nearest distributor locations, can be found at belchingbeaver.com upon its release.”
