Fall Out Boy are doing yet more important work via their Fall Out Boy Fund, announcing that they will be donating $100,000 to gun safety organisation Everytown.
The news comes after the July 4 Highland Park shooting in the band's home state of Chicago, in which seven people were killed and dozens were wounded.
"Chicago is where we grew up, and we are heartbroken for the families and entire community of Highland Park, as well as every single victim of wanton gun violence in America," FOB write in a statement.
"We will be donating $100,000 through The Fall Out Boy Fund to Everytown for Gun Safety to help their continued efforts toward ending gun violence."
Everytown said following the devastating mass shooting: "Our hearts are with their families and community. We continue to work towards a country where everyone can live free of the fear of gun violence."
