“I’m freaking out!” Linkin Park’s new album From Zero hits Number One in the UK charts

Rockstar Games have announced a number of new Grand Theft Auto updates – including that the next entry in the series, GTA 6, is at long last in “active development”.
Almost nine years on from the release of Grand Theft Auto V, Rockstar Games have officially confirmed its follow-up.
The studio has finally announced that the heavily rumoured Grand Theft Auto 6 is in the works, sharing in a new blog post updating fans on the whole franchise that GTA 6 is in "active development".

"With the unprecedented longevity of GTA V, we know many of you have been asking us about a new entry in the Grand Theft Auto series. With every new project we embark on, our goal is always to significantly move beyond what we have previously delivered – and we are pleased to confirm that active development for the next entry in the Grand Theft Auto series is well underway. We look forward to sharing more as soon as we are ready, so please stay tuned to the Rockstar Newswire for official details.

That's all the info we've got so far, as Rockstar haven't revealed where the next game will be set, or even when it might be released. PC Gamer shared that in January analysts predicted GTA 6 could be coming out 'between April 1, 2023 and March 31, 2024'.
