“I’m freaking out!” Linkin Park’s new album From Zero hits Number One in the UK charts
See Mike Shinoda and Emily Armstrong accepting their trophy from the Official Charts to celebrate Linkin Park’s new album From Zero hitting Number One.
Our photographer Grizzlee Martin was on hand to capture everything that happened that night.
Last Friday Linkin Park played a memorial concert at the Hollywood Bowl to honour the band’s late lead singer, Chester Bennington. The band were joined by 30 other artists and bands, including blink-182, A Day To Remember, Avenged Sevenfold and members of Sum 41 and System Of A Down. The three hour show, Linkin Park Celebrates Life in Honour of Chester Bennington, was mc'd by Linkin Park’s Mike Shinoda.
Our photographer Grizzlee Martin was on hand to capture everything for our commemorative issue of the magazine celebrating Chester and the event (which is out tomorrow, and which you can order here), but gave us a few snaps to share online too. Check them out in the gallery above.
26p from each issue sold in the UK and online through Newsstand.co.uk goes straight to the One More Light fund, established in Chester’s memory by Music For Relief, the charity he co-founded.
