Hear Skrillex sing for first time in eight years on new single Don’t Get Too Close

There’s been a ridiculous amount of new Skrillex music already this year, and he’s clearly not stopping anytime soon – while new album Quest For Fire is dropping this Friday, he’s already shared the title-track from the album coming after that.

And it’s a special one, with the new song – entitled Don’t Get Too Close – being his first time singing since 2015’s Mind. In fact, the whole thing is actually credited as Skrillex featuring Bibi Bourelly and Sonny Moore (his real name).

“And here’s the title-track to album 2, Don’t Get Too Close (TBD) created with the most special people @BibiBourelly @Lido,” he tweeted of the song. “So surreal to hear this out and see this little guy come to life,” Skrillex continued, referring to the accompanying video of a very cute animated porcupine.
