Album review: Goldfinger – Nine Lives
LA punk heroes Goldfinger enlist friends from blink-182, FIDLAR, NOFX, Pennywise, Ice Nine Kills and more for album number nine.
From Bring Me The Horizon’s final show of the year to Deftones’ epic homecoming, here’s what went down in Sacramento for Aftershock 2025.
Announcing this year’s incredible Aftershock line-up back in March, promoter Danny Wimmer promised the “biggest” fest yet. He wasn’t lying. Taking place at Sacramento’s Discovery Park last weekend, the west coast extravaganza hosted headline sets from blink-182, local champs Deftones, Korn and the final Bring Me The Horizon performance of 2025, while elsewhere the line-up included everything from pop-punk legends (Good Charlotte, Bowling For Soup) to hardcore heroes (Turnstile, Knocked Loose, Scowl), scene superstars (Bad Omens, Motionless In White, Dayseeker) and so, so much more.
Here’s just a taster of all the mind-blowing action…
