Have just released the debut album from his Haunted Mouths solo project, Kellin Quinn is already hard at work on the next Sleeping With Sirens record.

The Floridian pop-punks have already completed two writing sessions for the follow-up to 2022's Complete Collapse, and are working with esteemed producer Will Yip, who has worked with everyone from Code Orange to Panic! At The Disco, and recently helmed the latest L.S. Dunes album as well as the upcoming Scowl LP.

Speaking on the latest episode of Kerrang! In Conversation, Kellin shared that they have one more writing session in the diary to try and find those necessary all-out bangers.

“I think we have the bulk of the record but we’re missing a couple of the singles, you know? The ones that you lead off with,” he says. “We’ve approached them but we haven’t really found those yet.

“The bulk of the album is done and the message is there and the idea is there. It feels like an answer to the last two albums – How It Feels To Be Lost and Complete Collapse – and I feel like it’s an emotional album, without it sounding like it’s an emo album.

“It has a lot of our second record in it [Let's Cheers To This], a lot of How It Feels To Be Lost in it. It has this sound that I don’t think anyone else could have done besides Will. It sounds like it was made together as a band in a room, and I’m really excited to piece it together and add production to it and make it what it is, because at the core of it there’s a real emotional depth to these songs. I’m excited to see where they go.”
