“I’m freaking out!” Linkin Park’s new album From Zero hits Number One in the UK charts
See Mike Shinoda and Emily Armstrong accepting their trophy from the Official Charts to celebrate Linkin Park’s new album From Zero hitting Number One.
The latest episode of The Mandalorian – Chapter 22: Guns For Hire – featured a couple of very special guests stars: Jack Black and Lizzo, playing the rulers of planet Plazir-15.
We’re just gonna put this out there: Kerrang! basically predicted that Jack Black would appear in this latest series of The Mandalorian.
“Perhaps we’ll now see him sneak in a cameo for season three?!” we wrote all the way back in January 2021, after the Tenacious D legend recreated his own rocking version of the Star Wars spin-off show’s theme tune.
Well, now it’s happened, and Jack was joined in the brand-new Mando episode – Chapter 22: Guns For Hire – with the one and only Lizzo, with the pair starring as the rulers of planet Plazir-15.
Jack Black played Captain Bombardier and the pop superstar was aptly called The Duchess, while elsewhere Back To The Future legend Christopher Lloyd also made a cameo in the same episode as Commissioner Helgait.
Jack later shared a selfie with his on-screen Star Wars partner writing: “So fun working with @lizzobeeating on @themandalorian as the king and queen of Plazir-15!!!” Meanwhile Lizzo very excitedly took to Instagram to write: “I’m in Star Wars YALL!”
