Metallica have donated $500,000 to California wildfire relief efforts
Metallica and their All Within My Hands foundation have announced that they’re granting $500,000 to relief efforts for the current Los Angeles fires.
Next month, Metallica will be streaming a special acoustic show for their All Within My Hands charity.
Following their drive-in show back in August, Metallica have announced details of another one-off, special performance for fans: a charity livestream from their headquarters.
The metal heroes' latest venture will benefit their fantastic All Within My Hands charity, with a statement explaining: "Metallica’s Helping Hands Concert & Auction is streaming live from HQ on Saturday, November 14 for our first ever worldwide pay-per-view event!

"This special acoustic show starts at 2pm Pacific Time and will benefit our foundation, All Within My Hands. Don’t worry if you can’t catch it live, your ticket will allow you to watch the show as many times as you like within a 48-hour period once you start the stream. There are four ticket packages to choose from, and we’ll also be hosting an auction with some awesome items! 100 per cent of money raised goes directly to help someone in need."
