Stream Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross’ new score for Apple TV+ film The Gorge
With sci-fi horror The Gorge landing on Apple TV+ today (February 14), the Nine Inch Nails chaps’ score has hit streaming, too – listen now.
The 97th Academy Awards shortlists have been revealed, with Nine Inch Nails up for Best Original Score and Best Original Song.
Nine Inch Nails masterminds Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross are once again nominated in the Academy Awards.
The pair have been included twice in the 2025 Oscars shortlist – both for Challengers. They’re up for Best Original Score and Best Original Song with Compress/Repress.
Elsewhere, Danny Elfman is in the Best Original Score shortlist for Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, and Kneecap’s Sick In The Head is in the Best Original Song category. The latter’s self-titled biopic has also been shortlisted for Best International Feature Film.
In other NIN news, the duo recently confirmed they would be scoring next year’s Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet videogame.
“Our incredible voyage into the cosmos also needs an equally incredible soundtrack,” said Naughty Dog’s Neil Druckmann. “As tremendous fans of their work, I’m excited to announce our collaboration with Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross who’ll be scoring Intergalactic! The guys are cooking, and the trailer is just a small tease of their work for the game.”
