Pearl Jam Give Away limited edition ear plugs at U.S. shows

Pearl Jam, Ten Club and MusiCares are teaming up to save the hearing of Pearl Jam fans!

Right now it’s only happening in the U.S. – where if you visit the MusiCares table on Pearl Jam‘s 2016 Spring Tour, you can pick up a pair of limited edition PJ X Musicares Earplugs to wear during the show – but fingers crossed they’ll bring it to the UK next time they’re over. Since looking after your hearing is very imporant (parental speech over).

“Don’t be careless and lazy at loud rock shows or cranking tunes through an old Walkman like I was thirty years ago (but boy did it all sound good),” said bassist Jeff Ament of the scheme. “Wear hearing protection or you’ll end up with a 1.5k ring in both ears every night when you go to bed or worse when you are trying to enjoy the serene quiet of an empty desert or forest, again like me.”
