Funeral For A Friend announce two massive UK shows for 2025
Funeral For A Friend – fronted by Holding Absence’s Lucas Woodland – will hit Leeds and Cardiff for their only UK dates of next year…
Watch the “sci-fi-meets-dancehall epic” video for Skindred’s new single Set Fazers.
Following last year’s Gimme That Boom, Skindred are back with another new single – entitled Set Fazers – from their upcoming eighth album Smile.
Says frontman Benji Webbe of the band’s massive new tune: “Star date 22.3.23: With this song we’re boldly going where no ragga-metal has gone before. We come in peace, L.O.V.E and unity, to bring Skindred’s outergalactic sound-system to the infinite expanse of the cosmos.”
Of the accompanying video, meanwhile, drummer Arya Goggin explains that they wanted to make a “sci-fi-meets-dancehall epic”.
“Through TikTok we met an amazing dancer called Shin – whose dance to our song Nobody went viral earlier this year – and he’s added his unique style to the video too,” he continues. “We had so much fun filming it and can’t wait to share it with everyone.”
Smile is due out on August 8 via Earache Records.
