ArcTanGent 2025 has grown even bigger, with more than 50 bands being added to this year's line-up.
Prog-metal favourites TesseracT are stepping up to headline the Saturday night of the weird and wonderful Bristol fest, and Wednesday night will be topped by the Norwegian dark folk of Wardruna. They join the previously announced headliners Karnivool, with Thursday night's closers still to be announced.
"We’re beyond excited to headline the Saturday at Arctangent 2025," says TesseracT guitarist James Monteith. "The line-up once again boasts some of the most innovative and forward-thinking alternative bands around, and we’re truly honoured to close out the festival. This show will also mark the conclusion of our two-year tour in support of War Of Being, so we’re planning a very special performance to celebrate this milestone."
Also announced today to appear across ATG weekend are Green Lung, Emma Ruth Rundle, Leprous, Envy, Unprocessed, Battlesnake, VOWER, Meryl Streek, Underdark and more.
"We can't wait to grace the hallowed ground of Fernhill Farm for the first time," says Green Lung frontman Tom Templar. "ArcTanGent is without doubt one of the most forward-thinking and diverse heavy festivals going, and we're excited to bring some old school British heavy metal thunder to what is already a stellar lineup. If the scheduling team are reading this, please don't let us clash with Melvins."
ArcTanGent takes place at Fernhill Farm near Bristol on August 13 – 16.
