Live review: Biffy Clyro, London The O2

The Armed will be bringing Perfect Saviors to the capital in 2024, and they’ve got big plans for this “extra-special” gig.
The Armed have just announced a brand-new London headline show.
Their first date in the capital since 2019 will see them debut material from ace new album Perfect Saviors, not to mention it’ll have something a little bit more… according to a press release, The Armed will be bringing ‘an extra-special, definitive version of their world tour show’. Oooh! The gig will take place at Outernet on Wednesday, June 12, with tickets going on sale this Friday, December 8.
Earlier in the year, we remotely joined The Armed when they played a chaotic house show, and described how “unleashed in the live arena, Perfect Saviors’ songs still hit hard. Deafeningly so. Hard enough to split lips, bloody noses and more or less destroy the house that we’ve been (virtually) hanging out in this evening…”
