The Prodigy announce UK tour: “We will be there armed with a sonically fresh attack”
The Prodigy’s newly-announced Disrupta Tour will see them hit the road in the run-up to Christmas, including a trio of Brixton dates…
The fans were invited to join a procession for the late frontman for The Prodigy in Braintree, Essex.
Today was the memorial for the late frontman of The Prodigy, Keith Flint, and fans were invited via a tweet from the band members to take part in the procession through Braintree, Essex. The procession ended at a church, which was just for friends and family, but the ceremony was played to fans in the parking lot through speakers.
Naturally, the whole thing turned into a huge party. The folks at MixMag were there live-blogging the whole event today, and they caught this video of fans raving on the streets. It seems safe to assume that Keith would approve:
The Prodigy confirmed Keith's death earlier this month, writing: "It is with deepest shock and sadness that we can confirm the death of our brother and best friend Keith Flint. A true pioneer, innovator and legend. He will be forever missed. We thank you for respecting the privacy of all concerned at this time."
