This Saturday (May 11) at Alexandra Palace in London, arena-metal behemoths Disturbed made their grand return to the UK in a headline capacity. We last saw them supporting Avenged Sevenfold in giant rooms across the country in 2017, but Disturbed's last UK headline date was in December 2010, topping the bill of that year's Taste Of Chaos tour (alongside Papa Roach, Buckcherry and Halestorm).
But now, with seventh album Evolution under their belts, and a world-beating cover of Sound Of Silence tucked away for emergencies, it's the right time for David Draiman and co. to return to our fair shores for three dates of monstrous monkey-wails and all-American hard rock.
It was a career-spanning set, filling a whole two hours with additional bass, guitar and drum solos, plus two covers. What more could you possibly want from Disturbed?
Disturbed headline the O2 Academy in Glasgow on May 13 and the O2 Apollo in Manchester on May 14-15. Get your tickets now.
