Metallica have donated $500,000 to California wildfire relief efforts
Metallica and their All Within My Hands foundation have announced that they’re granting $500,000 to relief efforts for the current Los Angeles fires.

Fan footage has surfaced of Metallica's full set from the Chris Cornell tribute concert last week.
Taking place at The Forum in Los Angeles, Metallica joined a myriad of musicians paying tribute to the late Soundgarden vocalist including Foo Fighters, Melvins and Miley Cyrus. Chris Cornell passed away in 2017 at the age of 52.
YouTuber Mikolaj Jaroszyk uploaded Metallica's full 25-minute set which included Soundgarden covers Head Injury and All Your Lies, plus their own Master Of Puppets and For Whom The Bell Tolls.
Elsewhere in the night, Foo Fighters, Temple Of The Dog, Audioslave and Soundgarden all performed iconic tracks celebrating the life of Chris Cornell. Check out the full set list.
Earlier this week, drummer Lars Ulrich praised Miley Cyrus for her performance of Chris Cornell's Two Drink Minimum.
Metallica hit the UK and Europe from May as part of their WorldWired stadium tour. They'll be hitting Manchester’s Etihad Stadium on June 18 and then London’s Twickenham Stadium on June 20.
