My Chem have sold out their 2025 Black Parade stadium tour, with 365,000 tickets snapped up
My Chemical Romance’s epic stadium run next year – which will take the band across North America for 11 huge dates – has sold out within hours…
Guitarist Frank Iero isn't giving anything away when it comes to the all-important question of: Will My Chemical Romance release new music?
As well as being a brilliant guitarist, solo musician and member of one of the biggest rock bands on the planet, Frank Iero is always on hilarious form on social media, delivering sassy responses in place of… well, actual, proper answers.
Case in point: recently, he was asked about new music from “the band” by a fan on Twitter – the group in question being My Chemical Romance. But witty Frank, who has released music under multiple banners over the years including My Chem, Pencey Prep, Leathermouth, the cellabration, The Patience, The Future Violents and more, simply responded, “You're definitely gonna have to narrow down 'the band' for me.” Gah! Can you just answer the question please, mate?

Of course, this isn't Frank's first time lovingly winding up fans regarding the future of My Chemical Romance. Before their reunion announcement last year, the guitarist had been dodging numerous interview questions, and even replied to one by calling comeback rumours “a broken clock”.
Months later, though, he teased, “Some might think that I meant to say broken record, but I did not. Because even a broken clock is right twice a day.” Does this mean his lack of answer this time around could actually be alluding to a new My Chem record? Or are we just getting our hopes up here? Hmm…
Last week, Frank spoke about the band's break-up, and how he felt when My Chemical Romance came to an end back in 2013.
“When My Chem ended, it was a feeling a closure on that but also, at the same time, this panic sets in because you have done something for so long and it almost defined you,” he admitted. “There’s comfort in that, but there’s also this feeling of, ‘Oh my god, well now what do you do? Who are you?’ If that didn’t actually define you, what do you do now? It’s a scary, scary time.”
