Ghost have announced when we can expect to hear more new music from their forthcoming sixth album Skeletá.

Following March comeback single Satanized, the band have just revealed that new song Lachryma – along with a very spooky-looking video, judging by an Instagram teaser – will be dropping this Friday, April 11 at 5am BST. “We wish to inform you that you’ve made your bed, and now shall cry in it,” Ghost say. “Lachryma coming this Friday.” Interestingly, the song appears second on the album tracklist, right before Satanized at number three.

Kerrang! published our official review of Skeletá earlier today (April 9), ahead of the album’s full release on April 25 via Loma Vista. If you don’t want any spoilers then look away now, but regarding Lachryma, we wrote that it “allows sadness to seep in, accompanied by Sabbath-worshipping weight”.
