Mastodon To Pay Tribute To Late Manager With 7" Box Set
The 7" set will honor Mastodon and Gojira manager Nick John, who died of pancreatic cancer last year.
Last year, Mastodon said goodbye to their manager, Nick John, who passed away after a battle with pancreatic cancer. Now, the band are reportedly planning to pay tribute to him by releasing a 7" box set in his honor.
The set, which is tentatively titled Stairway To Nick John, is right now scheduled to drop April 13th, which is Record Store Day 2019. Whether or not the set will feature the new material that Brann Dailor hinted at in December, or whether it will be made up of older material, remains to be seen.
Our hearts go out to Nick's friends and family.
