Alternative Nation reports that the The Smashing Pumpkins took part in a photoshoot in Los Angeles over the weekend, confirming the band’s reunion line-up. The 2018 Pumpkins lineup looks to be Billy Corgan, James Iha, Jimmy Chamberlin and Jeff Schroeder, a reunion of 3/4 of the band’s original line-up, and Schroeder, who has been touring guitarist for the band since 2007. We're guessing he might end up on bass.
The reformed Pumpkins are currently putting together a comeback album in Los Angeles with producer Rick Rubin. Chamberlin last appeared on Zeitgeist in 2007 while Iha’s last Pumpkins album was 2000’s MACHINA/The Machines of God.

“My apologies to all of the Smashing Pumpkins fans out there who are excited about this oncoming reunion tour of the original members of the band,” she says. “I know this is a huge disappointment for me, as well, but it’s not going to happen [with me].” Wretzky adds that she “only just found [out] yesterday that the band has decided to go with a different bass player.”
There have been a couple of leaked shots of the band:
