Static Dress are well and truly back! Following 2024 standalone track crying and last year’s face, the UK post-hardcore princes have unleashed new single human props.

The song is their first for Sumerian Records, with label president Shawn Keith enthusing: “As Sumerian Records celebrates 20 years, we will usher in a new era of authentic and unconventional talent. Static Dress represents the quality of artistry we want to support.”

“Shawn and the rest of Sumerian have believed in Static Dress for years completely selflessly,” Olli Appleyard and co. add in a collective statement. “Now, our paths have finally crossed at just the correct time, allowing us to execute this band in the way we always wanted to. No compromises, no forced ideas, no inauthenticities. They run a label like a label should be ran; actual people promoting music for fans, not just a wannabe money printing machine.”

Unsurprisingly, human props absolutely lives up to those words, with an equally dazzling accompanying music video to boot. Welcome back, chaps! Now, how about that follow-up to Rouge Carpet Disaster, plz?
