Live review: Biffy Clyro, London The O2
Biffy Clyro triumph with more than a little love as they hit The O2 in London without bassist James Johnston.
Simon Neil and Mike Vennart’s new band Empire State Bastard will be playing their first-ever shows this month – and they’ll be joined by Dave Lombardo on drums, and Naomi Macleod on bass.
After teasing new music and launching their socials last week, Empire State Bastard have just announced three intimate headline dates.
The band’s first-ever live shows will see the duo – Simon Neil and Mike Vennart – joined by Slayer legend Dave Lombardo on drums, and Bitch Falcon’s Naomi Macleod on bass.
They’ll kick things off in Glasgow at the Cathouse on March 26, before heading to Manchester Rebellion the following night, and then London’s Underworld in Camden on March 28. Tickets go on sale this Friday, March 3, at 10am.
